Isaac Rivera
Founder & Managing Director - International Institutional Affairs | Statutory Representative & Authorized Signatory
Isaac Rivera is the Founder and Managing Director of GRS POWER s.r.o., validated by the European Commission with PIC 861852858, and Lead Partner of the GRS-EUBA LATAM Green Alliance.
Based between Bratislava and Southeast Mexico, he leads the institutional link between eligible European institutions and subnational governments in LATAM, ensuring compliance with DG INTPA standards and the EU-LAC Global Gateway Investment Agenda. As Statutory Representative, he holds full powers to represent the consortium, negotiate and sign agreements and concept notes with municipalities and European institutions.

Salvador Ortega
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer (COO) | Director of Operations & Administration
Salvador Ortega is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of GRS POWER s.r.o., responsible for the operational execution and administrative continuity of the consortium.
He oversees operational follow-up, personnel onboarding, administrative management and coordination of work bases with local authorities in Southeast Mexico, ensuring that all initiatives structured under Team Europe, EFSD+, blending and technical assistance meet implementation standards.
